Own the post-sales lifecycle for European insurance customers, driving adoption, measurable business value, retention, renewals, and account growth. Build relationships with stakeholders ranging from claims handlers to senior executives, lead onboarding and business reviews, monitor account health and AI performance, quantify outcomes, provide product feedback, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires fluent Polish and English and regular travel, including to Poland.

Own post-sales relationships for Polish and European insurance customers using an AI platform. Responsibilities include account management, executive stakeholder engagement, onboarding, training, adoption, business-value measurement, risk mitigation, product feedback, renewals, and expansion. The role requires fluent Polish and English, strong analytical and relationship-building skills, comfort with technical products and operational metrics, and regular customer travel. This is a fixed-term 12–18-month contract.
