Supports IoT sales growth by managing leads, qualifying prospects, maintaining Salesforce pipeline hygiene, sourcing opportunities, supporting customer discovery calls, coordinating with sales and marketing, managing returns, and strengthening customer and partner relationships. The role also assists with order fulfillment, trade show leads, product knowledge, and regional sales activities, with occasional travel possible.

Manage end-to-end customer solution delivery and global deployments across demos, pilots, launches, and ongoing implementations. Develop deployment plans, schedules, documentation, and readiness processes; coordinate logistics, resources, and cross-functional teams; resolve technical issues; and manage risks, milestones, dependencies, and competing priorities. Facilitate communication across departments, align stakeholders, delegate action items, and drive accountability through successful completion of complex technical programs.

Develop full-stack embedded hardware and firmware systems from prototype through mass production. Responsibilities include component selection, hardware bring-up, low-level driver and firmware development, finite state machine design, power optimization, system integration, automated test fixture development, debugging, and validation under vibration and thermal conditions. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable real-time systems.
