Lead a 2–3 person second shift team to produce RFID labels and smart tracking products. Oversee safety, quality, output, scheduling, reporting, SOP compliance, training, inventory flow, and continuous improvement while supporting NPI and cross-functional coordination.

Plan and schedule production orders to meet delivery commitments, manage BC/ERP production loads, monitor material shortages, coordinate with buyers and stakeholders, support capacity analysis, respond to sales inquiries, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Technical Sourcing Manager leads strategic procurement for new product introductions, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability and reduce lifecycle risks.
