Technical Business Analyst Intern responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows, and translating requirements into technical specifications. The role involves collaborating with development, QA, and business teams, supporting UAT and testing, analyzing processes, troubleshooting functional issues, and maintaining project documentation. This is a three-month, office-based internship in Hyderabad with potential full-time conversion based on performance.

Leads the Business Applications practice, overseeing application architecture, development, implementations, testing, releases, global support, incident and change management, and service delivery. Ensures applications are stable, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. Responsibilities include team leadership, application strategy, project delivery, resource planning, vendor management, budgeting, SLA oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

Assist with developing and testing AI and machine learning solutions using Python and relevant libraries. Support data preparation, model development, evaluation, debugging, and documentation. Explore generative AI, LLMs, and AI-based applications while collaborating with the technical team on real-world problems. This is a three-month, office-based internship in Hyderabad with potential full-time employment based on performance.
