Develop, test, debug, and deploy software using Java and JavaScript. Build RESTful services, participate in code reviews, work with Kubernetes and AWS, follow DevOps/CI-CD practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methods.

Provide technical product support for customers, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate complex problems, document cases, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help improve support processes and knowledge base to ensure customer satisfaction.

Execute account-based prospecting to build pipeline across assigned accounts: research accounts and stakeholders, personalize outreach, qualify inbound leads, support upsell/renewals, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with marketing, AEs, SCs, and cross-functional teams to drive meetings and progress opportunities.
