Supports the Chief of Staff and founders across internal systems, hiring operations, GTM operations, and finance operations. Responsibilities include improving processes and reporting, managing candidate pipelines and interview coordination, supporting marketing events and enablement, handling invoicing and expenses, managing suppliers, tracking budgets, and preparing board and investor reporting. This London-based, office-first generalist role offers broad exposure to building an early-stage startup.

Serve as the founding Sales Engineer, partnering with sales, product, engineering, and customers to run discovery, deliver tailored cybersecurity demos, design and execute proof-of-values, provide technical guidance, create sales collateral, and relay customer insights to product teams. Represent Tracebit at cybersecurity events and help establish scalable technical sales processes in a fast-growing startup.

The Founding Engineer will develop a security product using C#, .NET Core, and Terraform, collaborating with a small team to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
