The Founding Account Executive at Tracebit will build the US GTM engine, handling the full sales cycle for $50-100k+ ARR deals, developing sales processes, and collaborating with product and customer success teams.

The Customer Engineering Lead will build the customer engineering function, drive technical wins, oversee onboarding, and create playbooks. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams while hiring and coaching new engineers as the team grows.

As the first US-based Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, close deals in the $50-100K ARR range, and establish sales processes.
