Develop and maintain full-stack mission software supporting NORAD programs in a secure classified environment. Build Java microservices, REST APIs, event-driven applications, and containerized solutions; develop React-based front ends; and support CI/CD DevSecOps pipelines. The role involves application integration, monolith-to-microservices migration, vulnerability remediation, testing, technical documentation, and collaboration within an Agile software engineering team.

Advises C-suite clients on emerging technologies, evaluates vendors and solutions, develops innovation and transformation strategies, and leads complex technology engagements. The role provides executive briefings, research, workshops, thought leadership, and technology adoption guidance while shaping Trace3’s market perspective and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Own and grow enterprise customer accounts across the Northeast, driving revenue and gross profit through strategic technology, consulting, and managed-services sales. Develop account plans, identify and close complex opportunities, build executive relationships, coordinate technical teams and partners, manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and expand customer share of wallet.
