Manage and administer server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure across client environments. Design and operate VMware clusters and VDI, administer Active Directory and domain services, maintain Windows servers, backups, PKI/SSO, and Cisco devices. Validate security controls (NIST/RMF), troubleshoot systems, create architecture diagrams, automate tasks, and mentor junior administrators in a secure, classified environment.

Lead delivery of an Atlan implementation for Customer 360: own integrated plan and RAID, configure connectors and RBAC, validate lineage, enable Context Agents for metadata enrichment, drive rollout, steward enablement, and produce a repeatable operating model and adoption metrics.
