Serve as a senior innovation advisor to enterprise IT CxOs: identify and develop new and existing client opportunities, lead engagements from introduction through hand-off, align cross-functional teams, diagnose client challenges, recommend technology strategy and solutions, and drive revenue growth across Innovation offerings.

Manage and execute support renewal opportunities for assigned accounts. Coordinate with sales, customers, vendors, and distributors to produce accurate renewal quotes, identify upsell opportunities, maintain install-base and NetSuite data, streamline contracts, and support post-renewal IT support and system updates.

The Senior Software Engineer designs and develops software, conducts research, evaluates technologies, supports Agile processes, and maintains coding standards.
