Lead recruitment, launch, training, care, and oversight of small groups to foster biblical community. Recruit and onboard leaders, provide ongoing coaching and pastoral care, monitor group health and metrics, disciple individuals, and support pastoral duties (counseling, weddings/funerals as qualified). Maintain databases, run leader training, and provide weekly metrics to leadership.

Lead and develop the worship band across services: recruit, train, and disciple musicians; prepare songs and Ableton/Logic arrangements; direct rehearsals and weekend worship; partner with production and Planning Center to ensure musical consistency and build scalable systems for growth.

Lead and manage the Trace Kids Special Needs Program: recruit, train, and schedule team members; maintain the sensory room; coordinate registrations and family communication; support specialized programming for camps and events; and serve as primary point of contact for families while fostering a culture of care within the Kids Ministry.

Lead planning and execution of churchwide special events and volunteer onboarding. Recruit, train, schedule, and care for Serve Team members. Build systems, manage logistics, budgets, vendor relations, and platform integrations. Collaborate with ministry leaders and communications to promote events and connect volunteers to next-step ministries.

Lead and shepherd Trace Church's worship ministry for 3,500+ attendees by recruiting, training, and developing worship leaders and vocalists; design Christ-centered weekend worship experiences; partner with production for musical excellence; build scalable systems and a healthy team culture to support growth and future campuses.

Provide administrative and logistical support to ministry leaders and the Executive Pastor of Ministries. Coordinate calendars, event prep, registrations, team onboarding, meeting minutes, financial tracking, and process improvements. Collaborate with admin and creative teams, optimize systems, and support team care and communication.

Lead 6th-8th grade ministry by discipling students, training volunteers, partnering with parents, planning weekly programs, events, camps, and outreach. Manage administration (Planning Center, scheduling, registration, communications), track ministry metrics, and collaborate with staff to advance the ministry's vision and student spiritual growth.
