Traba Benefits Overview

Serve as the primary on-site Traba contact at a client facility, managing worker onboarding, scheduling, attendance and performance support, coordinating with client supervisors and internal operations, handling escalations and incident management, and identifying account growth opportunities to maintain staffing coverage and a positive worker experience.

Design, build, and ship production AI agents and orchestration on frontier LLMs. Embed with customers to gather traces, create evals and rubrics, integrate agent services with WMS/TMS/ERP, and codify repeatable deployment patterns to scale autonomous workflows across supply chain operations.

Lead and scale Traba’s operational systems, drive serviceability and marketplace/account performance, solve high-impact operational problems, build processes/tooling, partner cross-functionally, and present data-driven insights to executives and the board.
