Lead design, modernization, and support of enterprise infrastructure for multi-site radiology operations. Manage servers, virtualization, storage, networking, backups, DR, and imaging integrations (PACS/RIS/HL7). Drive automation, resiliency, HIPAA-compliant processes, and mentor teammates while partnering with clinicians and vendors to ensure highly available healthcare imaging services.

Provide screening mammography in a mobile clinic, ensuring imaging quality, regulatory compliance (MQSA/ACR/FDA/WA), patient preparation and history, equipment setup and QC, documentation in RIS/PACS, radiation safety, and compassionate patient-centered care across South Puget Sound.

Provide high-volume phone and email support as the first point of contact for patients, physicians, and partners. Route calls, answer questions, collaborate with teams, protect patient information (HIPAA), and perform general administrative tasks while working onsite.

Coordinate scheduling and pre-registration for outpatient diagnostic imaging, verify required documentation and authorizations, manage appointment workflows and waitlists, liaise between patients, technologists, and clinical staff, and maintain HIPAA-compliant medical record processes using RIS/PACS/EMR systems.

Lead CT technologist responsible for CT service operations across outpatient sites: mentor staff, develop protocols/workflows, manage scheduling and coverage, ensure ACR and radiation safety compliance, liaise with radiologists on image quality, participate in training and residency, perform CT procedures (including IV access), and support equipment maintenance and multi-site coordination.
