Leads the Sales and Marketing Department by driving sales growth, business development, customer service, quoting, forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and consultative selling. Coordinates customers, sales representatives, vendors, engineering teams, production schedules, and trade show activities. Reviews operational and financial performance, follows up on quotes, supports monthly closing strategy, and evaluates completed jobs. The role includes customer and representative travel, foundry work, computer use, and occasional material handling.

Grinds, straightens, patches, gauges, sorts, and inspects castings to customer and production specifications. Maintains grinders and related tools, identifies casting defects, reads technical instructions, uses measuring instruments, and follows safety and quality standards. The role requires constant standing, frequent use of pneumatic and electric hand tools, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a warm industrial environment.
