Support full-cycle recruiting: promote employer brand, source, screen and interview candidates, administer pre-employment tests, check references, provide candidate feedback, assist with job postings and placement recommendations. Operate independently within established processes, contribute process improvements, and may lead junior team members. Role expects a university degree and ~1-2 years of relevant experience.

Provide customer chat support using company-provided omnichannel tools. Requires 30 WPM typing with 90% accuracy, B2 language proficiency, and completion of 10th plus 2 years of schooling. Deliver helpful, professional service while following Teleperformance processes and standards.

Provide post-sale customer service and support via phone, chat, or text for consumers and business customers. Handle high-volume low-complexity inquiries in a call center and lower-volume higher-complexity issues. Support distribution center or walk-in service functions, acting as liaison for orders, returns, and repairs. Work with standard procedures under moderate supervision.
