Own ecommerce conversion growth from landing page through completed order. Analyze funnels, session recordings, search data, customer feedback, and checkout drop-off to identify friction, develop evidence-based hypotheses, prioritize improvements, and drive changes through design, engineering, and agency partners. Build scenario-based buying experiences, improve product comparison and trust signals, support offers and promotions, coordinate with paid media and SEO, and measure results through structured experimentation.

Provides onsite front-desk, office administration, facilities coordination, supplies management, mail and package handling, seating coordination, onboarding and offboarding support, basic travel arrangements, employee assistance, and office records maintenance across two Irvine locations. The role requires strong organization, responsiveness, communication, follow-through, and the ability to safely move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Manage and grow Omada’s online communities (Reddit, Discord, potentially Facebook Groups). Plan and run campaigns, AMAs, contests, publish recurring content, engage members, develop core contributors, track community metrics, and relay user feedback to improve community experience and products.
