Manage and grow assigned aviation product lines by analyzing sales, inventory, profitability, customer demand, and market trends. Build OEM partner relationships, lead business reviews and commercial discussions, coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, S&OP, and Purchasing, and drive product initiatives from concept through implementation. The role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, stakeholder management, organization, and approximately 30–40 travel days annually.

Provide customer support for APAC contract customers, processing exchange, lease, and replenishment orders. Coordinate logistics, pickups, deliveries, payments, warranty cases, and repair-shop planning while maintaining accurate records in Quantum. Collaborate with program managers, accounting, quality, and repair teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Partner with commercial leadership to provide financial insights, evaluate business cases, support pricing and investment decisions, and analyze profitability and performance. Own portions of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and board reporting. Develop analytical tools, improve data quality and transparency, and support strategic cross-functional initiatives while presenting actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
