Performs complex consolidation accounting, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, variance analysis, subsidiary financial-data review, and consolidated reporting. Supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and budget consolidation, prepares management and audit reports, investigates data issues, collaborates with finance teams, and mentors entry-level accountants.

Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, journal entries, monthly close, reporting, audit support, and internal controls. Lead accounting staff, review transactions, ensure GAAP and policy compliance, resolve complex issues, and improve processes through automation and ERP workflows. Provide training, performance feedback, variance analysis, and management insights while maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records.

Leads complex enterprise IT programs and project portfolios from requirements through implementation and stabilization. Responsibilities include roadmap and governance management, cross-functional delivery, budgeting, risk and compliance oversight, vendor and contract management, executive communication, change management, benefits realization, and mentoring project managers.
