Ensure architecture, security, governance (GDPR, ISO27001), and operational readiness while driving agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and budget/financial control.

Owner of KINTO UKs change management framework; build and deliver change plans (stakeholder, communication, training, documentation), perform impact analysis, define success criteria, support CAB and risk registers, and collaborate with L&D to develop training.
