Provide empathetic arrears support to Toyota Financial Services customers by managing accounts, resolving queries, identifying affordable repayment solutions, and supporting vulnerable customers. Develop and deliver pricing management information for Toyota Financial Services across multiple brands and products. The role supports Fair Value assessments, retail and wholesale performance monitoring, pricing governance forums, regulatory oversight, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis. It requires collaboration with Sales, Treasury, Customer Services, Legal, and New Business teams, along with maintaining pricing policies and procedures.

Conduct corporate financial analysis, credit reviews, underwriting, and lending recommendations for fleet, wholesale, and dealership customers. Monitor management information for early risk indicators, recommend review and audit controls, maintain credit policies, and support dealer funding facilities. The role also requires compliance with SOX, money laundering, and GDPR requirements, stakeholder collaboration, continuous improvement, and advanced Excel-based analysis.
