Manage Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance across dealer partners by developing F&I business plans, implementing customer-focused finance sales processes, driving used car finance performance, conducting quarterly reviews, escalating oversight concerns, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve renewal and contact quality.

Develop, maintain and support Power BI and SSRS reporting on an MS SQL stack. Build performant Power BI semantic models, produce tested reports and documentation, respond to service desk tickets within SLAs, gather requirements with stakeholders, resolve data integrity issues, uphold data security and recommend improvements.
