Oversee engineering operations across multiple broadcast radio markets, ensuring broadcast continuity, FCC compliance, infrastructure reliability, and emergency response. Diagnose, repair, and maintain transmitters, antennas, automation, studio, satellite, LAN, EAS, and related systems. Develop operating standards, capital plans, vendor recommendations, and corrective solutions. Serve as Chief Operator, respond to on-call emergencies, travel between remote transmitter sites, and coordinate with corporate engineering and IT teams.
