Manages engineering operations for broadcast radio stations in Grand Junction and Montrose. Maintains transmitters, antennas, automation, studio, satellite, networking, computing, generator, and emergency alert systems to support continuous on-air and streaming uptime. Troubleshoots failures, ensures FCC and company compliance, responds to emergencies, performs site travel and tower work, and serves as Chief Operator. The role requires on-call, after-hours, weekend availability, safety awareness, and occasional physical work at remote sites.
