Recruiter responsible for strategic hiring plans, executive and salaried talent sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, market mapping, compensation benchmarking, and offer negotiation. Partners with senior leaders, manages confidential searches, advises on talent markets and compensation, delivers high-touch candidate experiences, mentors recruiting staff, and ensures compliant recruitment reporting. Requires 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including salaried, exempt-level, or executive roles. Central or West region location required, with up to 20% travel.

Leads enterprise risk, safety, claims, insurance, and business continuity programs across a multi-state organization. Owns safety standards, claims and third-party administrator oversight, insurance renewals, risk analytics, compliance, risk financing, and executive reporting. Manages risk, safety, and claims teams while partnering with Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR to identify and mitigate exposure, improve safety performance, manage costs, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Manages the accounts payable function and supervises three coordinators. Oversees invoice processing, vendor setup, payments, month-end activities, 1099 processing, general ledger postings, and vendor issue resolution. Strengthens internal controls, supports audits and acquisitions, improves AP workflows using AI DocLogic, and collaborates with accounting, vendors, banking partners, and internal departments to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely operations.
