Direct vehicular traffic and provide friendly hospitality services, issue valet tickets, park/retrieve vehicles safely when required, assist guests with luggage and local information, maintain records and follow site policies and HIPAA confidentiality.

Oversee visitor services (valet, bell, door), allocate labor, recruit and train staff, perform coaching and performance reviews, manage cash/ticket reconciliation and revenue controls, maintain client relationships, enforce safety/security procedures, and drive customer satisfaction metrics.

Lead guest service team to deliver hospitality at a hospital hotel site: greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, issue claim checks, ensure wheelchair and guest safety, handle guest issues, collect and reconcile revenue, assist scheduling, and maintain keys, paperwork, and site knowledge while working outdoors and supporting the Account Manager.
