Manage workers' compensation, injury-on-duty (111F), FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leave programs. Serve as case manager and liaison with employees, medical providers, vendors, and managers; ensure compliance, maintain confidential records, prepare reports, recommend safety improvements, and support return-to-work processes.

Supervise and perform tree planting, pruning, removal, pest/disease management, emergency response, and winter operations. Lead staff and contractors, operate forestry equipment, maintain tree inventory and records, oversee pesticide application and safety compliance, and liaise with residents and town departments.

Lead and manage daily maintenance and long-term care of municipal parks, fields, playgrounds, cemeteries, and public landscapes. Supervise staff and contractors, oversee budgets, procurement, safety, asset/work order systems, emergency response (including snow/ice), and public engagement to ensure safe, sustainable park assets.
