Teams at Tower Research Capital

Support daily trading operations for digital assets across venues and counterparties. Handle account onboarding/KYC, reconciliations, cash/collateral movements, failed settlement resolution, P&L review, cross-team collaboration, and operational process automation and control improvements.

Build and maintain internal tools, data workflows, and web applications. Develop Python services, ETL and reporting pipelines, SQL queries, and AI-enabled internal tools (chatbot/agent) integrating with APIs and databases. Maintain backend APIs and frontends, improve reliability, observability, testing, and CI/CD, and collaborate with business users to deliver practical solutions.

Design and build automation and web-based products (frontend/backend), stream processing, microservices, and databases to manage Tower's global production environment. Collaborate across teams, support production via developer on-call rotation, produce technical documentation and specifications, and contribute to architecture and deployment/DevOps for 24/7 trading infrastructure.
