Monitor automated trading systems during Asian market hours across multiple markets and trading teams. Assess live trading for risk, compliance, and unusual market conditions; alert risk managers and traders; coordinate real-time issue resolution with engineering teams, brokers, and exchanges; and document monitoring procedures and production issues.

Develop and maintain automation, web applications, stream-processing systems, microservices, and databases supporting global electronic trading infrastructure. Collaborate on architecture, distributed systems, production reliability, and operational tooling. Participate in developer on-call rotations, document technical solutions, and independently deploy and manage applications in large-scale, 24/7 environments.

Operate and supervise automated trading strategies alongside quantitative traders and developers. Monitor production trading for risk, compliance, unusual behavior, and market conditions; troubleshoot daily trading issues; develop Python scripts and applications to automate trading infrastructure; analyze trades and market data; and support strategy improvements. The role requires an early-morning schedule aligned with market hours.
