Participate in a 10–12 month Manager Development Program to learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations. Build long-term customer relationships, recommend products, contact customers about payments, assist branch manager with goals and loan document analysis, and develop skills in recruiting, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
