Teams at Tower Loan

Manages IT business operations spanning vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, budgets, invoices, and financial reporting. Coordinates IT audits, PCI DSS validation, SOC 2 Type II readiness, control documentation, evidence collection, remediation, and compliance calendars. Develops procedures, policies, workflows, and internal controls while partnering with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Infrastructure, Software Development, and business stakeholders. Reviews vendor assurance materials, tracks performance and renewals, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and serves as the central contact for auditors and assessors.

Participate in a manager development program covering customer service, sales, finance, marketing, and branch operations. Build customer relationships, recommend financial products, manage payment reminders and arrangements, support office goals, analyze loan documents, and develop leadership skills in recruiting, delegation, staff development, and performance management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to relocate after promotion.

Participate in a 10–12 month manager development program covering customer service, sales, finance, marketing, and branch operations. The role is full-time and on-site, with potential extended hours and Saturday work.
