Provides executive protection and corporate security support by developing protection plans, conducting threat and risk assessments, performing advance planning, monitoring threats, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. The role requires irregular hours, short-notice travel, executive accompaniment, defensive driving, emergency medical response, and expertise in security operations.

Prepares, reviews, and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and disclosures. Supports month-end close, audits, tax filings, reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and statutory accounting requirements. Performs variance analysis, researches accounting standards, improves reporting processes, collaborates with finance and accounting teams, and mentors junior staff.

Provides entry-level support to the Commercial Underwriting unit through data entry, policy issuance, rating, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, application prequalification, documentation follow-up, billing coordination, and basic reporting. The role also assists with loss control, compliance tasks, process improvements, and testing commercial product updates while developing insurance and underwriting knowledge under supervision.
