Manages consumer complaints and inquiries submitted by state insurance regulators. Investigates complaint matters, gathers and validates information, coordinates with Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, Legal, and Compliance, and drafts timely formal responses. Maintains regulatory records, evaluates compliance with procedures and statutory requirements, identifies resolution options, conducts root cause and trend analyses, and recommends corrective actions. The role requires insurance or regulatory compliance experience and strong documentation and communication skills.

A 12-week finance and accounting internship supporting reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, data analysis, reporting, audit and compliance preparation, month-end close, and accounts payable. The intern will lead a Lean Six Sigma project, receive property and casualty insurance training, collaborate across departments, present updates to senior management, and explore AI applications in finance and accounting.

Accounting Manager leads general ledger operations, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes; reviews journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. The role ensures GAAP and statutory compliance, maintains internal controls, supports audits, improves accounting processes through standardization and automation, and develops a team of accountants. Cross-functional collaboration with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, and Reinsurance teams is required.
