The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, manage content across Instagram and TikTok, lead a team, analyze performance, and engage with the community to enhance brand presence.

Lead Tower 28's content strategy and editorial vision across social, digital, email/SMS, and site. Own the content calendar, production pipeline, creator/UGC partnerships, and performance optimization. Oversee shoots, budgets, and cross-functional asset delivery to support launches and campaigns. Manage and mentor content team, build scalable systems and templates, and run test-and-learn approaches to drive engagement, cultural relevance, and direct commerce.

Lead brand strategy and end-to-end go-to-market planning for product launches and campaigns. Manage cross-functional GTM execution across PR, partnerships, events, influencer, social, retail, ecommerce and paid. Own campaign development, brand stewardship, partner/vendor relationships, KPI setting, and post-launch analysis while mentoring junior marketing talent.
