Recruit DJs and event assistants, manage candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews and auditions, and oversee onboarding and role-specific training. The role coordinates mentors, bootcamps, shadow events, supervised performances, and early assignment feedback. Responsibilities include maintaining roster records, tracking readiness and training completion, identifying regional staffing gaps, and improving recruiting and retention. Evening training, weekend events, in-person attendance, and reliable transportation are required.
