Supports conference sales through prospect development, client follow-up, sales missions, trade shows, site inspections, presentations, contracts, account database maintenance, forecasting, and member liaison activities. The role also provides conference services support, including room bookings, event coverage, signage, BEO distribution, reporting, surveys, and administrative project assistance.

Supports Whistler.com sales operations and finance by setting up products, maintaining pricing and inventory, auditing website and rate accuracy, administering bookings, reconciling supplier invoices and payments, handling refunds and chargebacks, investigating payment issues, and completing daily and monthly administrative duties.

Sell complete Whistler vacation packages, including accommodations, activities, and transportation, through phone, email, and online chat. Provide quotes, answer customer inquiries, conduct outbound concierge and upsell calls, follow up on sales leads, maintain customer relationships, and meet individual and team sales targets. The role also requires timely, professional communication with guests, vendors, and colleagues, plus weekend coverage.
