Build South Africa’s B2B travel trade channel from the ground up by identifying and signing travel agents, OTAs, and trade partners. Manage partner relationships, develop onboarding and commission processes, track performance, provide market intelligence, and represent the company at industry events. This founding-team role requires autonomy, commercial focus, strong relationship management, and experience building sales operations in an ambiguous environment.

Own and maintain tag management, analytics, ad conversion tracking, and customer-data flows. Implement and validate GA4/Amplitude events, GTM containers, Braze integrations, and server-side measurement. Build dashboards, reconcile data in BigQuery, support A/B testing, ensure privacy/consent compliance, and lead tracking re-implementation on a Nuxt site.
