Performs daily through annual accounting activities, including bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, general ledger reviews, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense processing, and vendor communications. The role is fully remote in Colombia, requires US business-hour availability, and supports clients in a multinational business process optimization company.

Performs daily through annual accounting activities, including bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, general ledger reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense processing, and vendor communications. The role requires accounting experience, financial software proficiency, English communication, analytical and organizational skills, and availability during US business hours. It is fully remote for candidates located in Mexico.

Provides remote technical and customer support through chat, email, and phone. Assists with onboarding, education, billing and technical questions, troubleshooting, and customer advocacy. The role requires strong English communication, a willingness to learn Linux or Windows system administration, problem-solving ability, and availability for afternoon or night shifts in Azerbaijan. No prior work experience is required, and training is provided.
