Manages merchant accounts, builds relationships, negotiates contracts, supports renewals and revenue growth, and serves as the primary merchant contact. The role coordinates with Business Development, develops co-marketing initiatives, tracks account metrics, analyzes consumer data, prepares reports, resolves complaints, communicates product value, and advocates for improved merchant experiences.

Coordinate warehouse and store construction projects, maintenance activities, contractors, and subcontractors. Plan schedules, monitor milestones, supervise sites, conduct inspections, oversee preventive maintenance, resolve technical issues, manage repair work, and prepare progress and maintenance reports.

Maintains accounting records for a grocery store operation by preparing journal entries, booking invoices and supplier payments, managing accruals and prepayments, reconciling trial balance accounts, processing monthly close entries, supporting inventory counts, and assisting with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
