Supports People Operations across the Americas, including payroll, HR administration, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, employee inquiries, performance management, and process implementation. The role administers Justworks, coordinates benefits and 401(k) processes, supports labor-law compliance, recruits retail and office managers, and assists with office operations and sustainability initiatives.

Owns the day-to-day operation, configuration, and improvement of e-commerce systems covering orders, payments, fulfillment, returns, and carrier routing. Resolves technical and operational issues, manages payment reconciliation and disputes, coordinates with warehouses and external partners, investigates integration and data-flow root causes, and drives automation and process improvements. Supports product teams through bug reporting, documentation, backlog input, and issue tracking.

Provides luxury client service and drives sales through personalized clienteling, relationship management, appointments, events, gifting, and concierge experiences. The role owns relationships with VIP and private clients, develops personal shopper networks, uses CRM insights to support retention and reactivation, maintains client profiles, contributes to store operations and merchandising, and supports sales targets and team clienteling practices.
