Coordinates freight shipments between North Slope customers and service providers, maintaining TruckMate and Excel records, monitoring pickup and delivery deadlines, manifesting freight, and supporting billing accuracy. Leads drivers, loaders, and warehouse teams; responds to customer inquiries; and works safely under HSSE requirements in a remote, physically demanding environment.

Supports the Port Engineer with maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, budgeting, procurement, and regulatory compliance for Marlin-class vessels. The role also manages parts inventory and warehouse processes, attends vessels during Jacksonville port calls, and participates in periodic ship rides. Work includes office, vessel, field, and warehouse environments with physical handling of equipment and materials.

Oversees technical accounting, financial reporting, government accounting compliance, audits, internal controls, and accounting process improvements. Researches U.S. GAAP, develops policies, supports government contracts, improves ERP workflows, and leads accounting initiatives. Supervises and mentors staff, partners with Finance and other departments, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial activities.
