Plans and coordinates vessel cargo loading, discharge, stowage, stability, trim, stress, hazardous cargo segregation, manifests, customs clearances, and port dispatch. Maintains vessel schedules, cargo documentation, utilization reports, and customer availability data while coordinating with vessel crews, terminals, regulatory agencies, and marine service providers. Ensures maritime, customs, hazardous materials, safety, environmental, and quality compliance while minimizing delays and operational risk.

Define and govern enterprise data architecture, BI reporting, data warehousing, analytics, and storage solutions. Partner with business, engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. Develop Power BI and SSRS dashboards, SSIS packages, SSAS cubes, queries, automation scripts, and migration solutions. Support Azure infrastructure migration, Active Directory, Group Policy, application deployment, and client systems. Serve as a technical architecture authority while managing reporting improvements, troubleshooting, documentation, and modernization initiatives.

Analyzes and improves business processes by documenting current and future-state workflows, gathering requirements, modeling processes, and identifying efficiency opportunities. Manages enterprise application configuration, access, upgrades, vendors, data flows, reporting, UAT, and issue resolution. Develops KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials while supporting vessel operations and fleet management software. Collaborates with business users, IT, leadership, and external vendors to implement technology-enabled improvements and automation.
