Manages the general accounting team and shared-services activities, including monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax schedules, and internal controls. Supervises accounting staff, supports financial systems and process improvements, ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, and coordinates state and local tax filings and government audits.

Processes high-volume invoices, matches invoices to purchase orders, verifies approvals, resolves discrepancies, manages vendor inquiries and payment deadlines, performs vendor reconciliations, and supports month-end close and audits. The role also partners with internal teams, maintains vendor relationships, ensures compliance with controls, and improves accounts payable processes.

Leads end-to-end maritime crewing operations, including seafarer recruitment, selection, deployment, rotation, repatriation, certifications, training records, travel, and regulatory compliance. Develops workforce and crewing strategies, manages vendors and labor relationships, oversees audits and reporting, and supervises Marine Personnel Department staff. Requires regular vessel visits and up to 25% travel.
