The Aparthotel Manager oversees all operations of a Totalstay property, including housekeeping, guest services, inventory management, and staff performance, ensuring compliance with standards and managing operational risks.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, optimize media budgets, and lead the brand team to increase direct bookings and revenue growth.

Drive contracted revenue across the Totalstay portfolio through new business development (corporate, MICE, group, travel trade), account growth, travel trade partnerships, negotiating contracts and proposals, leading client site inspections and sales missions, and maintaining CRM pipeline accuracy to meet revenue and room-night targets.
