Leads strategic and day-to-day operations across a multi-property aparthotel portfolio. Responsibilities include managing operations teams, ensuring service quality and compliance, improving guest experience, overseeing budgets and vendors, analyzing performance data, managing risk, and resolving operational crises while supporting business growth.

Coordinate social media, content production, marketing campaigns, email and website updates, Google Business Profiles, agency communications, marketing collateral, project tracking, and basic reporting. The role supports brand consistency and campaign execution across multiple channels while managing timelines, assets, briefs, and stakeholder follow-up.

The Aparthotel Manager oversees all operations of a Totalstay property, including housekeeping, guest services, inventory management, and staff performance, ensuring compliance with standards and managing operational risks.
