Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for complex C4ISR and information warfare systems, including requirements, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Develop technical documentation, perform trade studies and risk assessments, guide configuration management, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams. Support field tests and operational assessments involving geospatial data workflows and mission applications. Prepare technical reports and executive briefings while applying DoD and Navy systems engineering practices.

Lead a dispersed security engineering team to maintain ATOs, assess IT system security posture and risks, design security solutions, perform alternative analyses, review deliverables, report to senior leadership, and manage status reporting and invoicing. Requires strong written/verbal English, MS Office skills, and ability to pass government background checks. Hybrid role with frequent onsite work and periodic travel.

Provide on-site support for classified intelligence systems: select, install, configure, and integrate hardware and software; monitor system health; troubleshoot; manage patching and antivirus; document and automate administration; implement security controls and collaborate with engineering and test teams.
