Teams at Total Safety

Provides administrative and clerical support, including client invoicing, payment collection, billing documentation, reporting, file maintenance, scheduling meetings and events, reception backup, payroll data collection, revenue accrual assistance, data entry, document preparation, and customer communication. Maintains Salesforce estimating opportunities, monitors paperwork, supports billing operations, and escalates issues while ensuring accurate and timely information handling.

Leads inspection, testing, cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of customer and company safety equipment in plant environments. Coordinates equipment movement, inventory, staging, loading, and service documentation using company or customer software. Interfaces with customers, resolves complaints, maintains orderly work areas, follows safety procedures, and may supervise field crews. Requires field experience, manufacturer certifications, safe driving credentials, and complex diagnostic ability.

Leads and performs confined-space and technical rope rescue standby operations at customer sites. Assesses hazards, prepares rescue plans, monitors conditions and air quality, briefs crews, maintains rescue equipment, and completes incident reports. Responds to accidents by locating, assessing, packaging, and extricating patients before transfer to EMS. May supervise rescue technicians and provide first aid and CPR.
