Provide technical rescue standby and emergency response for customer worksites, including confined space and rope rescue, air monitoring, first aid/CPR, equipment readiness, incident reporting, rescue preplans, and turnover to EMS. Maintain and inventory rescue equipment and conduct daily job briefings and safety monitoring.

Supervise an In Plant Service Center team, plan schedules, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, manage inventory and preventive maintenance of safety equipment, coordinate with sales, oversee HR functions, prepare documentation, and drive continuous improvement of IPSC operations.

Own and grow assigned national and multi-national utility accounts by selling integrated safety and compliance services. Build executive relationships, forecast opportunities, negotiate multi-site contracts, meet revenue targets, and cross-sell product/service bundles while advising clients on HSE challenges and industry trends.
