The role requires object-oriented programming, relational databases, JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks, queuing technologies, CI/CD automation, and AI-assisted software development tools.

Leads software engineering teams building and supporting a distributed financial-services platform. Sets technical direction, participates in architecture and design, coaches engineers, improves Agile and Lean processes, and champions AI-assisted development. Oversees team performance, quality, testing, developer productivity, and professional development while remaining hands-on in debugging and complex technical decisions. Requires extensive experience with microservices, de-monolithing, software team management, AWS, relational databases, and object-oriented programming.
