Teams at Total Expert

Serve as a technical partner to enterprise financial services customers, driving platform adoption, configuration, optimization, and measurable business outcomes. Conduct usage reviews, platform audits, strategic engagements, and executive business reviews while documenting requirements, actions, and ROI. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams; advocate for customer needs; share best practices; and improve delivery frameworks. Occasional travel may be required.

Manages a portfolio of Tier 4 customers by building relationships, driving platform adoption, monitoring customer health, leading business reviews, supporting renewals and expansion, and coordinating internally to resolve challenges. The role requires proactive account management, customer education, risk mitigation, strong organization, technical aptitude, and continuous development of platform and financial services expertise.

Lead portfolio risk and opportunity analysis, develop standardized retention and recapture playbooks, and create a subscription Value-Added-Services offering. Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to monetize retention expertise and drive client outcomes.
