Drives assigned routes to sell, deliver, and distribute products while achieving sales targets. Builds customer relationships, develops new opportunities, maintains merchandising standards, manages van inventory using FIFO, handles payments, submits reports, monitors competitors, and maintains vehicle safety and compliance.

Leads and mentors a team of 5–10 sales representatives while driving B2B SME exporter growth. Responsibilities include field coaching, client visits, localized go-to-market strategy, omnichannel lead generation, ecosystem networking, sales performance management, and reporting market intelligence to senior leadership. The role sells cross-border collections, payments, foreign-exchange settlement, and risk-mitigation solutions.

Develop and manage enterprise relationships with Nigerian importers requiring cross-border payment and foreign exchange solutions. Source high-volume accounts, advise clients on NGN-to-USD and NGN-to-RMB pathways, support onboarding and platform adoption, and build referral partnerships with logistics and trade organizations. Conduct market visits, analyze client and market intelligence, and report findings to the Country Manager. The role focuses on B2B portfolio growth, retention, negotiation, and high-touch corporate client service.
