Teams at Tosoh Quartz, Inc.

Designs, fabricates, modifies, and validates jigs, fixtures, and production tooling for machining and assembly. Develops CNC programs, conducts prove-out activities and test runs, adjusts processes to meet tolerance and repeatability requirements, and troubleshoots machining, quality, and throughput issues with engineering and production teams.

Provides administrative and technical support for environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing facility. Maintains compliance, workers’ compensation, training, environmental, and safety records; manages PPE and safety equipment; administers First Aid/CPR/AED certifications; conducts employee and contractor orientations; supports wastewater reporting, building security systems, and implementation of a new EHS system.

Manufactures and inspects precision quartz components by cutting, beveling, etching, cleaning, and performing detail work with chemicals and production equipment. Follows work orders, drawings, safety procedures, and PPE requirements. Maintains equipment, corrects minor malfunctions, performs routine maintenance, and keeps the work area clean. Requires a high school diploma, ability to follow instructions, lift up to 60 pounds independently, learn blueprints and precision measurement, and wear required protective equipment.
