Manages and grows managed services sales across named accounts and assigned territories, carrying annual revenue responsibility of $10M–$30M. Builds executive relationships, develops sales pipelines, presents solutions, responds to RFPs and RFIs, analyzes proposals and margins, meets quotas, tracks sales activity, monitors market trends, and collaborates with operations, professional services, product management, and engineering to deliver customer solutions.

Supports the Solution Design team by tracking projects, maintaining documentation and task boards, preparing meeting materials, organizing files, and coordinating updates with internal teams. The role offers practical experience in retail project environments while developing planning, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Resolves software defects from intake through closure using AI-driven analysis and development tools. Diagnoses root causes, generates and validates fixes, performs testing and quality checks, documents resolutions, and ensures stability and regression standards. The role is designed for new Computer Science graduates with strong software fundamentals, attention to detail, and a rigorous quality mindset.
