Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases across on-premises and Azure environments, including configuration, performance tuning, security, backup, recovery, capacity, and availability. Support integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, cloud migrations, modernization, disaster recovery, and data archiving. Provide second-level technical support, documentation, reporting, project participation, and rotational 24/7 on-call coverage.

Leads the firm’s Technology Learning function, including curriculum strategy, technology training, digital learning content, adoption initiatives, onboarding readiness, and continuous improvement. Manages learning programs, metrics, budgets, projects, stakeholder relationships, and a team of learning professionals. Partners across the firm to improve technology proficiency and business performance while maintaining learning resources and supporting technology rollouts.

Serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing reception, phone calls, mail, courier packages, access cards, room bookings, and facility service requests. Supports client events through vendor, catering, guest list, invitation, and RSVP coordination. Provides administrative and travel-arrangement support, maintains records, and covers client services duties. Requires strong organization, communication, bilingual English and French skills, technical aptitude, and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
