The PT Sales Associate delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales through customer relationships while adhering to operational policies. The role includes strong personal selling skills and product knowledge to represent the brand authentically.

Provide front- and back-of-house retail support: greet customers, cashier, answer phones, execute operational policies, pack/unpack shipments, organize stockroom, and assist product flow to ensure smooth store operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by building relationships, using selling skills and product knowledge, meeting personal sales goals, and following store operational and loss-prevention procedures.
