Teams at Tory Burch

Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Japan and additional APAC countries, coordinating outsourced vendors and Finance. Validate payroll calculations, manage statutory filings and payments, maintain compliant records and audit trails, and support internal and external audits. The role requires expertise in Japanese payroll legislation, taxes, social insurance, labor insurance, year-end tax adjustments, vendor management, confidential information, and multinational payroll operations.

Provides luxury retail sales and customer service by achieving personal sales goals, building client relationships, maintaining a client book, and delivering a personalized brand experience. Processes POS transactions, captures customer information, supports store operations and loss prevention, maintains presentation standards, and uses in-store technology. Requires flexible availability, strong selling and communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding retail duties.
