Leads supplier quality and reliability programs for manufactured hardware, including electronics, electromechanical assemblies, and battery systems. Investigates defects using 8D, FMEA, CAPA, SPC, and root-cause methods; manages RMA and warranty trends; conducts supplier audits and process validations; and drives corrective actions. Partners with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and international suppliers to improve component reliability, manufacturing processes, inspection plans, and quality metrics.

Own audience growth and day-to-day publishing across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram. Develop channel strategies, growth targets, KPIs, content calendars, and platform-specific content. Track trends and performance, adapt formats and messaging, produce reporting, and ensure social channels support Torus’s broader company story. The role requires strong writing, trend awareness, brand storytelling, and collaboration with the content team.

Owns end-to-end video editing and post-production for marketing, customer, training, documentation, social, and event content. Responsibilities include storytelling, editing, audio, color grading, captions, exports, file management, brand consistency, and occasional camera and lighting support. The role requires collaboration across public-facing and internal video projects, with on-site production support at Torus facilities and shoot locations in Utah.
