Own and evolve Torus’s IT and OT security architecture across IAM, endpoint security, networks, vulnerability management, and compliance. Lead EDR operations, incident response, remediation prioritization, automation, and complex security-event coordination. Evaluate security tools and architecture improvements, maintain secure infrastructure, and mentor IT and security engineers. The role is hands-on, serves as a technical escalation point, and supports SOC 2 or similar compliance efforts.

Leads the Systems product organization and strategy across software, data, embedded systems, testing tools, and hardware. Owns customer research, evidence systems, win/loss analysis, product routing, telemetry-based confirmation metrics, deal-specific commitments, and integrated product-market strategy. The role personally moderates customer sessions, supports sales, builds product teams, and develops product managers and designers. Candidates need extensive experience with complex hardware-software products, customer research, commercial deals, quantitative product metrics, and evidence-driven decision-making.

Ensures products, components, and assemblies meet quality and customer requirements through inspections, testing, documentation, audits, root cause analysis, and nonconformance disposition. Leads continuous improvement using Six Sigma, GD&T, Measurement System Analysis, and quality control plans. Supports building and implementing QMS processes including CAPA, document control, supplier quality, traceability, and internal auditing. The role is hands-on in a manufacturing startup environment and uses precision measurement tools while collaborating with production and engineering teams.
