Develop and architect backend features for iGaming and sportsbook products using Python and Django. Responsibilities include integrating payment methods and data providers, building automated communication and risk management systems, writing tests, monitoring production reliability and performance, optimizing systems, and owning completed work.

Analyze product performance and user behavior across casino and sportsbook verticals. Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, run deep-dive analyses (player journeys, game and campaign performance), evaluate A/B tests, identify funnel bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to support segmentation, personalization, and data accuracy.
