Design build-ready, mobile-first eLearning storyboards and occasional vILT materials using performance-focused methods (Action Mapping, LSX). Lead early-stage design for modules, collaborate with SMEs, visual designers, and developers, ensure accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), maintain version control, support iterative LLAMA Agile delivery, and produce high-quality scripts, assessments, and documentation.

Manage delivery operations for a high-volume elearning curriculum: maintain ClickUp and MS Project schedules, track burn/variance, coordinate review cycles and QA/Section 508 compliance, produce status reports and burn-down charts, support meetings and stakeholder communications, and escalate risks to Lead PM while keeping multiple modules moving through LLAMA iterations.
