The role requires strong organisation, discretion, flexibility, communication skills, a valid driving licence, and regular physical presence.

Own the commercial launch and growth of Terre Delice across the UK and Europe. Lead sales, distribution, account negotiations, digital marketplaces, direct-to-consumer growth, brand marketing delivery, pricing, promotions, revenue, margin and team building. Establish retail, wholesale and grocery distribution, manage agencies, expand European channels and report performance to the Founder. The role is full-time office-based in London with travel across the UK and Europe.

The Coffee Trader sources green coffee, manages trading positions, builds relationships with partners, and analyzes market trends to optimize trading operations.
