Manages complex forestry and forest management projects, including planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, grants, contracts, and quality assurance. Provides technical expertise in forestry, arboriculture, forest health, reforestation, invasive species, and tree protection. Supervises forestry and arboriculture staff, oversees consultants and contractors, develops partnerships, and supports recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
