Oversees governance, access, workflows, training, templates, and publishing standards while partnering with IT and vendors on enhancements and troubleshooting. Creates branded digital and print materials, writes employee communications, analyzes channel performance, and evaluates AI-enabled workflows. Provides consultative support to content contributors and ensures communications remain effective, engaging, current, and aligned with company priorities.

Drive specification, adoption, and growth of commercial irrigation solutions across Australia. Build project pipelines, identify opportunities, and influence specifications from concept through completion. Develop relationships with consultants, architects, designers, contractors, dealers, and end users while supporting project tracking, forecasting, reporting, tendering, construction, and commissioning. Monitor market and competitor activity, provide customer support, and ensure legal, ethical, and safety compliance.

Develops and directs field and laboratory tests for prototype and production equipment, designs test fixtures and procedures, analyzes results, and communicates recommendations. Coordinates prototype builds and production validation with engineering, manufacturing, production, and quality teams. Reviews designs for weaknesses and safety defects, evaluates concepts, recommends corrective actions, and applies Lean and total quality principles to improve processes.
