Provide inside sales support for assigned business unit: obtain forecasts and orders, respond to dealer/rental inquiries, configure orders, coordinate shipments, track invoicing, assist territory managers, train channel partners, and escalate product issues to internal teams. Support trade shows and dealer events; maintain monthly communications and inventory reporting.

Provide technical product support, troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/electrical/electronic systems, manage warranty claims, document field issues, deliver technical training and demonstrations, repair and upgrade equipment, and maintain dealer and customer relationships. Requires occasional domestic and international travel and work in shop/outdoor environments.

Supervise operations staff, manage daily schedules and productivity, monitor production quality and safety, troubleshoot process issues, implement continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and train/coach employees. Oversee weld or machine operations, materials, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
