Assembler and wire fire pump controller components per engineering drawings and BOM: mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, box preparation, soldering, crimping, final assembly, and quality checks. Follow supervisor instructions and may rotate across production functions.

Provide technical after-sales support and product recommendations for fire-pump controllers. Diagnose issues, guide installations, liaise with engineering, production and sales, perform quotations and follow up on warranty, parts and service for primarily North American customers.

Support continuous improvement on the production floor: observe operations, run time studies, lead small-to-medium improvement projects (5S, flow, standardization), update work standards and visual management, assist with layouts and AutoCAD plans, and prepare simple Excel reports to improve capacity, ergonomics, and efficiency.

Design, develop, validate and support electronic control platforms from concept to certification. Manage hardware projects, component obsolescence, supplier coordination, test benches and production support while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
