Provide broad corporate legal support including drafting and negotiating SaaS and vendor contracts, maintaining corporate governance and minute books, advising on data privacy and cybersecurity, managing litigation and subpoenas, supporting product and engineering teams, training internal teams, and managing outside counsel as needed.

Author and maintain chargeback policy library, design QA frameworks and training curriculum, and own quality standards. Develop SOPs, decision trees, response templates, and customer-facing policy language. Lead QA audits, coach BPO and internal agents, monitor trends, drive cross-functional alignment, and execute operational improvements to scale the chargeback and abuse program.
