Lead and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, paid social, Reddit, CTV, and emerging platforms. Manage budgets, channel expansion, partner relationships, experimentation, creative and messaging tests, attribution analysis, and funnel optimization. Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and Creative teams to improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, incremental lift, and acquisition scale.

Lead two or more software engineering teams building and operating TopstepX, a real-time trading platform. Responsibilities include coaching and developing engineers, hiring and capacity planning, prioritizing delivery amid changing needs, and ensuring system availability, performance, quality, and resilience. The role requires leadership of production systems, incident response, observability, reliability investments, and collaboration with Product and business stakeholders.

Manages a general ledger team and owns payroll accounting, accounts payable oversight, equity rollforwards, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly flux analysis. Reviews journal entries and supporting schedules, ensures audit readiness, coaches accounting staff, and improves close processes and NetSuite workflows. The role also partners cross-functionally on payroll, AP, intercompany, capitalization, and accounting controls.
