Own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, governance, and continuous optimization. Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead discovery, agile planning, testing, releases, and stakeholder communications. Partner with technical teams on configuration, integrations, workflows, data, reporting, security, and automation. Monitor adoption and outcomes while supporting change management, documentation, training, and platform sustainability.

Performs accounting data entry, vendor database maintenance, accounts payable and receivable troubleshooting, aging and deferred revenue reporting, expense auditing, invoice coding, freight invoice processing, month-end pre-close reporting, and audit support. Provides timely assistance to employees, vendors, and clients regarding accounting procedures and services. The role requires onsite training in St. Paul, Minnesota, followed by hybrid work.

Support and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM and Hyperion modules. Collaborate with partners for requirements gathering, manage change requests, and drive process improvements.
