Lead the strategy, roadmap, and development of an agentic marketing product for service businesses. Manage a cross-functional product, design, and engineering pod; conduct user research; ship features; drive adoption; measure performance through analytics and experimentation; and communicate progress across the organization. Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to deliver customer and business impact.

Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. Build proactive sourcing strategies for ambiguous and specialized roles, partner with hiring managers to define profiles and manage searches, maintain candidate experience, and monitor pipeline metrics. The role requires balancing technical and non-technical recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment while working from the Brooklyn office four days per week.
